Do you think audio only therapies can improve the tinnitus?

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Very loud concert.
      Do you think audio only therapies can improve the tinnitus? Or even cure?

      Now or in the future. Audio only means without any drugs, food, massages, etc ... just pure tone therapies.

      What is your experience.

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Reason unknown. Perhaps ear syringing.
      I'm playing a low pink noise at my pc most of the day, and it seems to be able to help somewhat. Its just loud enough for me to hear it and if I have it on for awhile I even forget that I have it on. I think this helps me forget that I have own produced sounds in my ears as well.

      Otosclerosis
      Why don't you read the result of clinical studies? You can find quite a few on pubmed.
      You'll have data that is independent from "gut feelings".

      spent a lot of money here ,really thought it would work did it for a year didnt touch my tinnitus but my partner noticed instead of watching TV at sound 26 I could hear at 16
