I'm not sure there's a one-size-fits-all answer to this. If you search threads on tinnitus and diet you may get some suggestions, but you'll also find that, food-wise, what aggravates on person's t has no effect at all on another's, and some people don't seem to have any reaction at all to anything they eat. It's kind of trial-and-error.

It seems to be pretty well accepted, though, that things like salt, sugar, caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine can impact t negatively.

Take a look through some of those threads -- if nothing else you will find some overall good advice on improving your diet and you may find particular fruits that pop up consistently as problematic for people.

Oranges might have a good impact to tinnitus because they have potassium.
