I have gone from a tinnitus sufferer to possible TTTS which has started due to stress over a sinus infection for which I thought I was losing my hearing. I think my anxiety brought this on but still hoping it is just after effects of the virus. I beat tinnitus before, insofar I went back to work with it, learned to sleep without it bothering me. So I know while we still suffer from it there are ways people mitigate it, diet, exercise, changing focus etc. I was hoping someone could give me some hope the same might be true for TTTS if indeed I do have it? Does it respond to diet, reducing stress, exercise (like tinnitus)? Even better can it be beaten completely(generally unlike tinnitus)? Is there anything I should be doing? I am hoping to get a 1,2,3 action plan for it, as its completely new to me.
