Brief Pressure in Ear/Tinnitus

I have tinnitus on my left, but occasionally I feel pressure in my left/right (almost like riding airplane kind of pressure) for about a second, follow by louder tinnitus, then die down afterward within few mins. Anyone has similar things?

Maybe my eustachian tube has pressure difference for a second, that causes louder ring?

 

It sounds like Eustation Tube pressure.
Try steam inhalation and see your doctor if keeps happening incase you need a nasal spray .
