Can High-Pitched Tones Go Away During the First Year?

      02/2017 H since 7/2022
      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Unknown
      Is it possible, that in the first year of the tinnitus, the high pitched noises could go away? Have one in my head, 13000 hertz, which was very low under prednisolone. When this shit goes away, I'm back to life..

      Meniere's Disease
      I would have a chat with your doctor as some people do well on a low dose AD .
      Nortriptyline really helped me and stopped my head tinnitus and helped my high pitch and drone tinnitus.
      I still get spikes but enjoying life and my happy bubbly self.
