Can Missing Bottom Teeth Cause Tinnitus?

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Noise-induced, Ear Infection, Medication... Who knows?
      Does anyone know if missing any bottom teeth can cause tinnitus?

      Barking dogs/stress
      I don't know, but maybe it could if it throws a person's bite out of alignment. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I seem to recall that the nerves for hearing and the nerves in the jaw are kind of interconnected.

      A dentist with some knowledge of tinnitus might be able to help you with the answer.

      I have a missing tooth in the back on each side of bottom and have been fitted with splint but strange that they never said anything about missing teeth,....

      I recently had very distorted hearing and for a former tinnitus sufferer anything like that scares you to death. I didn't know at the time but I realized a filling was missing. I got it replaced and my hearing returned to normal days after. So maybe?

      Ear infection.
      Who knows? Recently it seems just about anything can cause tinnitus.
