I'm having problems sometimes with certain thoughts getting my emotions too intense and can't seem to calm myself down. I can be fine for a while and this stuff can come on out of the blue. I'm probably some type of bipolar but I don't have hypomania or mania. It can lead to feeling horribly messed up and physically sick.

I don't want to take an anti-histamine because that screws up my tinnitus and messes up the sleep cycle so I wake up really groggy. I don't want to take an anti-psychotic because I believe they work on some Histamine receptors, therefore probably screwing my tinnitus up (just like an anti-depressant Remeron did - don't worry it doesn't do that with everyone's tinnitus)

Melatonin doesn't calm me down when things are intense and I can't take benzos because they mess my tinnitus up. Lithium Orotate isn't strong enough when I'm real bad. Any suggestions?

Exercise does seem to provide a little relief at extending the time between these episodes but it isn't strong enough to prevent them from happening.

Lying down seems to ramp the emotions up for some reason.

I take at least 15 drops of this. instructions say you can take 30, which I haven't tried yet. works in 5-10 minutes
      https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005QLTLZS/

Stack what with a full dose of this.

if thats not strong enough, I have tried stacking on some Valerian drops, like 5, for a sedative effect. I keep it low when stacking.
      https://www.amazon.com/Natures-Answer-Alcohol-Free-Valerian-2-Fluid/dp/B0014ATL8W/

you can also add some holy basil
      https://www.amazon.com/Gaia-Herbs-Basil-Liquid-Capsules/dp/B00F1J8EQ2/

and some Ashwagandha to lower you coritsol levels
      https://www.amazon.com/Gaia-Herbs-Ashwagandha-Liquid-Capsules/dp/B06XSTTX7C/

I also take pharma gaba 3 times a day no matter what to help maintain daily levels
      https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000R8IPR0/

now I personally have only stacked the calm magnesium and Passion flower drops at the same time with no problems with phrama gaba in my system already hours before. I haven't stacked the others. Usually I wait 3 hours in-between herbals but thats just me being overly precautious.

and make sure all drops are alcohol free and just drop em right in your mouth. skip the glass was water. for liquid caps I like to break em in my mouth and wash it down with water as I don't like capsules.

In all honesty, I use to take quite a few supplements for relaxation. They worked at first, but due to me taking them all the time, they lost their effectiveness. Also, by consistently taking supplements they can get wired into our systems. I was getting bad results from them and vibes as well and had to stop taking them. I found that exercise is the best relaxer of them all. Even yoga, something that can shift your attention away from the ringing.
