Hi - I'm wondering since I'm new to Tinnitus if there's any connection between ringing in the ears and cracking your back?

I've been having non-stop ringing in my left ear for the past week...it went away for two days (which was amazing).

Last night before I went to bed I sat flat on the ground, crossed one leg over the other and twists in each direction to crack my back. Everything worked and felt great (I've done this many times before) but I noticed the ringing came back.

I'm wondering if there's any correlation between the ringing in my ears and some how the nerves in my back? Wondering if making a visit to the chiropractor to "straighten everything out" may help the ringing go away?

      Thanks!

It can help for some people I think, I tried it right at my tinnitus onset and it did nothing except cost me money.
