      Fluid
For the last two days, when walking up the stairs I've been hearing this like crunch or click noise in my ears with every step up.

      I've never experienced this before?

GP thinks my tinnitus started from fluid in middle ear, but I'm paranoid about it so I can't be sure if that's 100% true.

      Has anyone ever experienced this?

loud noise and very bad sickness
Anything is possible with tinnitus. When your tinnitus is very new, you can possibly go through a variety of fluctuations and noises. Ear issues with fluid retention are one way, that tinnitus can possibly occur.

Look up on TTTS. Might be the case here. If it's that it will probably go sooner or later.

Yes, when jogging. I had to quit because it was making my T worse and didn’t want it to become permanent.
