I've been taking a whole packet of Emergen C for a few months and it has 1800% of vitamin C intake and other vitamins.

About 3 weeks ago I started taking the Lipo-Flavonoid Plus which also has vitamin C, however it only has about 1000% of daily recommend intake.

So when I started taking the Lipo-Flavonoid I stopped the Emergen C because I didn't want even more vitamin C.

This is what happened... I still have tinnitus about 3 days on and 3 days off, however the 3 days off instead of the tinnitus being unnoticeable it is now a little noticeable.

Is this a coincidence?? Should I maybe take a 1/2 packet of Emergen C??

Why do you think the change is due to the minor variation in Vitamin C intake rather than all the other compounds included in Lipo Flavonoids?

I'm not sure?? Do you mean the Lipo-Flavonoids could have made my tinnitus a tiny worse?? Like I said the tinnitus was basically 3 days on and then 3 days off. Before the Lipo's on a scale of 1 to 10 the ringing was a 1 for three days and now the three good days the ringing is like a 2, not a big difference, but....

Maybe the high levels of Vitamin C helped??

Why couldn't it? It's got a ton of compounds in it.

Well if it's made it barely worse, I think I'm gonna stick it out for the 2 months recommended... I'm also gonna up my vitamin C intake by taking 1/2 a pouch of the emergen -C

Are high doses (Over 2000% daily recommended) of Vitamin C safe?? Gonna give the lipo-flavonoids another month or so, then I'm going back on Emergen -C.
