I had my first flu since my tinnitus started and wow, did it fire up my tinnitus again. For about 2 days I even had some anxiety again (very mild) which i havent had in almost a year.

Now, a week later, it's quieting down again. Hopefully it was just flu related. Anyone have similar experiences?

I had a flu as well and the T spiked. It's been now a week or so after the flu, but it hasn't gone down yet. Bummer.

Glad to hear your feeling better now and your tinnitus has calmed down for you.
Colds and viruses can cause a spike in tinnitus adding to feeling off side till its run its course .
Roll on summer....lots of love glynis
