      Omnomnom ^_^

I usually eat very healthy so don't have it much, but I've found lots of sugar affects mine the most, don't know if it's just because I become more aware due to the sugar rush but yeah. I had an apple crumble the other day & it went mental! Won't stop me enjoying what I like though :D

I'm strangely lucky. I'm a raging caffeine fiend and coffee doesn't affect me. I could drink enough to kill a tiny elephant. :coffee: I've never had energy drinks though.

As well as the 'standard' tea I drink, I also drink a lot of herbal ones too.. Camomile is amazing if you need to relax, no medication does it better for me :)

The recipes put up at the start, I would love to eat, but I restrict myself from high salt and sugary treats. Lately, I've been on a fruit kick. Papayas are in right now, so I fill up on a couple each week, since they're an exceptional digestive enzyme, plus oranges, cherries, and berries of all sorts. Nuts, too, are on my list of snacks. What I cheat on is the occasional chocolate treat. Dinners, I usually each with two slices of millet bread toasted with a brand of hummus on top. There are many mixes that I like a lot, and I add avocado to the meal. Also, I drink at least one protein drink that I mix with whatever fruit is near. along with a sweet potato and whipped butternut squash.

No clue - too many causes.
The energy drinks available from commercial stores (A&P, Shoprite, Piggly-Wiggly ... etc.) are garbage. I happen to drink Gatorade G2 (lower in cal than regular) and I know it destroys teeth (gotta trust Bill Nye, the Science Guy). I automatically cut back on the amount of caffeine a while ago and am just trying to go the less junky route. Big accomplishment for today was not ordering coffee out because the 1/2 n' 1/2 wasn't organic. I rarely even think about that and I am where I need to be - conscious about what I eat. I know how bad sugar is in terms of causing highs and crashing, so that's minimized and with age, I just have less tolerance for it.

Aspartame and other neuro-toxins are so low in my life that I don't know if it causes T to peak but it's a neuro-toxin (arguable by the public only - not based on facts), so why touch it anyway.
