Could My Tinnitus Be Caused by Hyperthyroidsim?

      Tinnitus Since:
      1-25-17
      Cause of Tinnitus:
      L citrulline
      I have hyperthyroidism due to auto immunity and am about to get started on medication to bring my thyroid levels back to normal. Could this be the cause of my tinnitus due to the thyroid abiltiy to increase heart rate? My tinnitus sounds like my heart beat and has rining as well in it.

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Loud noise
      How did it go for you. I just started 15 mg of methimazole for hyperactive thyroid.
