      possibly noise or unknown
About a week I noticed a creaking noise in my ears and realized I could replicate it by moving my jaw. I was hoping someone here might have some personal insight. Google seems to such it's either a sign of tmj or ETD. I would like to hope that it's a sign my tinnitus will improve. I'll ask my doctor about it on my next visit.

On side I ran a couple miles on the tread mill today, and after I felt great, almost didn't notice my tinnitus at all.

You could just have mucous in your ears or wax build up, or either TMJ or ETD which you mention.
Get checked out if does not improve or you're concerned.

Glad you enjoyed time on your treadmill... lots of love glynis.

      Creaking in right ear.

Why is all this happening to me?

      Any insight?

There's no help anywhere so I will struggle trying to figure out a suicide method. I might even write a note blaming EMTs. I hate them, the most cold, uncaring people I have ever come across.
