Did It Get Better for Anyone?

Has anyone ever been able to say goodbye to Tinnitus? This is driving me crazy.. I cannot relax

 

Most people end up saying goodbye to tinnitus, whether it goes away, or they hibituate to it.

I was able to say goodbye the first time I got it, back in 2010. Now however, I'm at 5 months and it's still going strong like on day 1.

 

For a number of years I habituated and my mind just didn't see it as a threat anymore. I got to the point where I had to really stop and listen for it to notice it. Now that my T has spiked I feel like I'm reliving the initial onset of my T many years ago. Am hoping to habituate to this new volume soon.
