Did anyone here found his/her T sound on the internet Which was almost identical?

I hear noise but it's slightly different from white noise. It's more the same tone. Also im hearing this high pitch, like dog whistle I guess.

And sometimes this ringing only right ear.

Anyone knows any good website for finding the tinnitus sound examples? Not just 6 - 10.

Me neither but I'm very curious it's possible to make the sound identical to the sound your basicly hearing in your head. Because for me it seems impossible to find the same sound I'm hearing.

Hook an audio converter up to an EMF spectrum wave detector, then tweak it to see if your tinnitus corresponds to HAARP radio output or CDMA bands.

      The results may surprise you

Nope. Don't think they can replicate what tinnitus actually sounds like.

I have tried, the sound I am generating gets lost in the mess of screaming sounds in my head and isn't loud enough to be heard over my T, even if I go full volume or close to it.

Yeah tapering off, my T is through the roof. Painful loud, I would imagine it will stay like this. I've never had a spike before that hasn't become permanent. So exhausted, getting through everyday for the last almost 2 years is just such a battle, just to do the same thing again the next day :( wish I could take a break, even for an hour.

I get it. It's my exact situation since almost two years. We should thank our doctors for the good T- multiplying drugs.
I hope trobalt will help a bit. If it does something for me, you should try it too since our multiple t situation is quite similar.

Let's not capture the thread though :)
You can pm me about trobalt

Maybe it is time for you to give keppra and trobalt a shot. I know you're worried about taking them. But, if they bring you relief, then maybe you could just take them once a week or something. Like you said, even one hour of relief would be nice. So taking them just once a week or so wouldn't be too bad. Besides, at this point what do you have to lose?

Yeah fair enough man, you are right. I'm just so against drugs by nature but like you say I don't have a lot to loose at this point. I would rather habituate for sure but there is so much happening with my ears it's not just T, although T is really the big problem for me. The pain I can take, it's the ringing until my head feels like it's going to pop that is getting me. And it's really only a few tones that get me. For the most part my T is a very loud static hiss which is perfectly fine. It's the really high random beeping that hurts me. It's like fleeting T that never ends and also hearing things in such a strange way is a issue for me, listening to anything seems to hurt my brain when when there are gaps in information that my brain just won't process. Some sounds I don't hear at all, I just feel them as pain and the sounds of tinnitus. For example at night my gf breathing sounds like tinnitus sounds along with ear pain, not actual breathing, also parts of the fan running at night are tinnitus sounds. I'm loosing where sounds are coming from (direction), they could be coming from down the street or from my phone in front of me, I can't tell the difference a lot of the time. My ears/brain are totally mixed up and malfunctioning, I just hope that a drug wouldn't make this worse, guess I can try, I don't know if this can get much worse anyway.

All of these things make it tough to get used to this, I don't know if it's the T, the bizarre hearing, the pain, the H, or just all together they are getting to me. They all just seem to go together as one big problem.

So it is possible to hear the exact same sound. I guess also the vaguer to give a description of the sound the harder it is to find the sound on the web.

Mine sound on the left changed from the dog whistle to someone who is trying to full a rubber boat with air.
