I'm doing ok but was wondering if any of you deal with this too.

During the day I hear a high pitched dog whistle in my left ear and my right ear is an eeeee that's not too loud. Actually both aren't too loud.

When I go to sleep I hear a metallic stopwatch... It's like a faint alarm clock that never stops. I don't hear this during the day even if I plug my ears. Annoying

Loud noise exposure / headphone accident maybe?
Try to see if there is a difference between standing and laying.

I have something similar - sometimes (though not always) I get a bonus sound at night. It doesn't seem to follow any pattern. However my T has only recently changed (about 2 months ago) so maybe this will settle into a permanent pattern.

I see your T is also fairly recent, maybe your will settle too.

Yes I hope so too. I'm like..I can deal with the daytime but at night these new tones need to chill out! Almost two months. Daytime seems to be improving a lot but at night is another story. Anyways thanks!

same with me, multiple eeeee tones during the day, but 5 minutes on a pillow and rattling and screeching come in.
totally has something to do with the blood flow in different positions.

Same for me. My T is slightly different at night and it's normally louder. When I get up its getting better immediately. Wondering why this happens.

My new tone was quite silent all day then just as I laid down to sleep it changed into an eeeeee tone. I did manage to drift off and after waking up 1-2 hours later it changed back to its usual low variation. After which I resumed sleep and now in the morning it's barely audible. Will probably come back as the day goes on.

So in my case I don't think it is blood flow, gotta be some brain thing instead - because the change happens only on 10-30% of nights and is reset by sleep, not posture change.

I slept well last night. Not sure but it could be luck or because I took my vitamins before bedtime. I was propped up but slipped back down. Either way I'm happy I slept well!
