Do Coffee or Salt Affect Tinnitus?

      Anyone have from coffee or salt a more active noise in their ears?

      I've heard that both can affect tinnitus but personally I'm more concerned about coffee than I am salt.

      Dental Work
      Yes Salt makes mine louder for a while ( blood pressure ? )
      Coffee has no effect.
      I have also noticed carbonated drinks increase its volume.

      Just One (1) Loud Rock Concert!
      Salt really makes my T spike, especially potato chips, pretzels, etc that have a lot of salt.

      Coffee makes my T spike if I have it in the afternoon so I try to stick to just one large cup in the morning when I get up.

      Not really sure...Bad ear infection?
      It depends because everyone's brain is wired differently. So different people have different reactions to certain ingredients.
