Do I Have HYPERACUSIS?

      Tinnitus Since:
      2010
      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Unknown
      Hi, since I was about 5 I had dreams of just loud noises like screaming or talking.

      Now I rarely have the dreams but randomly everything becomes loud like my thoughts and tv it causes me to have severe stress and I feel trapped once I breathe for a bit and distract myself it eventually goes away but it’s been happening since I was little and I want to know what’s happening. Help?
