Does This Sound Like ETD?

Since last year I've been getting random thumps in my ear, these can last a long time but usually after I burp.

I've also been having issues pressurizing my ears.

Some other things are like if I'm exercising I can hear my self breathing and I feel air moving through my head. I'm thinking it is and I await an appointment to see an ENT.

Anyways I would like some thoughts on this and if maybe this is exacerbating my tinnitus.
