Hello! Im 6 months in with T and just when i thought I was getting habituated i got a cold about a week ago (nose /head congestion) and my T has been louder AND in both ears now (used to be right ear only)...is this pretty common? Should i expect it ro spike every time i get a cold from now on? Thanks and i hope this will quiet down soon for me !

probably. yes, don't worry about a plain old cold. most likely just the congestion making you spike.

But i will keep positive and hopefully will quiet down soon :)
