Ear Fullness and Tingling

Hi all,

Recently my ear tingling sensations have come back for some reason but I’ve made a few observations on it and wondered if anyone had any views on it.

The first one is it isn’t set off by any particular noises. High pitches aggregate my ears more than low frequencies and things like cutlery make my ears click and tense up. But for the most part it’s gradual throughout the day.

The second is that it’s never in both ears at the same time , ever. For example today it’s on my right ear (the one that has the worst TTTS. But yesterday it was my left. Why is it that one day one ear can feel absolutely fine and the next I have these symptoms.

The third is the type of sensation. It’s not pain as such in the conventional sense. It’s not shooting or stabbing but more tingling or itching. It’s maddening because it’s like an itch you can’t scratch.

I suppose I’m looking for anyone who has experienced these symptoms and hopefully that it has gone away for them.
