And yet another question. Lately I've been feeling some minor pressure in my right ear, no pain or anything just feels like a tiny drum in my right ear when I move about when I'm trying to sleep, like I feel the pressure trying to get out maybe. Also in addition to this there's this feeling of something like hot water draining from my ear sometimes. I know this could all be normal and I've just never noticed it before as I'm in anxiety mode but does anyone else experience this?

You could have fluid in your middle ear and need drops to clear it as the drops will sink in to shift it...might be worth getting them checked out....lots of love glynis

@glynis-harbron I think you're on to something here. I'd feel a little hesitant to put anything in my ear at this point I think but i'll try some other home remedies. Any idea if fluid buildup is natural/goes away on its own?

Dag nabbit. After doing some internet lurking I now believe it's TTS, especially since I have been extra careful around sounds (But who isn't at the onset!). Seem like I'll just have to chill out, as anxiety appears to be a big part of all of this.
