Electric 6-Pack Machine on Neck for Tinnitus Relief?

I had the idea earlier after seeing tinnitus experiment photos of guys with electrodes on neck, like where you hit with the "finger drumming trick", do you think putting one of those ab machines on at a low setting would interact with tinnitus? You know the ones off the cheesy infomercials, Slendertone etc ...

 

If you are referring to a TENS machine, that comes with electrodes, I have tried that after reading an article describing a Dr (can't remember details) trying to find relief by supplying I think C2 or C3 with electrical stimulation. Did nothing either way for my tinnitus. Wouldn't recommend this without talking to your dr first.
