      Something ive noticed since t.
When i wake up my eyes burn alot and i find myself yawning alot.
This is even after ive had enough sleep.

Its maybe something thats always been there and im noticing it due to anxiety.

      Any thoughts?

Eye burn could be caused by indoor air issues like mold or other toxins. How old is your pillow or when was the last time you washed it? Pillows can become very dirty and irritate lungs and eyes with bacteria growing in them. Another reason could be that you sleep partially eyes open, which causes dry eyes.

Thanks for your reply. Im confident i can rule out all of the above. Sometimes i find i have to blink and look again to see some things clearly. I mean they are clear but not perfectly clear if you know what i mean.
Just wondering if this could in anyway be linked to tinnitus.

I worked with computers for almost 15 years and now my job entails long hours of driving. Could this be related to that or is it linked to T.

      Thanks again
