I had severe T back 10 months ago with multiple sounds in both ears and head. Suicide was the only way to stop this madness. It was devastating back then.

but with my knowledge in Training, nutrition and mind control I was able to defeat T and get back to normal life without relying on any drug.

will it go away? I beleive yes even if I have mild hearing loss in right ear, I beleive my body can reverse my hearing loss if we gave it room to do so and I know the road to achieve that.

1)How did you get T 10 months ago, @joseph Ghass?
2)Can you tell us more about the mind control, or, if you wrote about that somewhere else in this forum, where can we find the information?
      Thanks

My T started at the 10-8 range and now settled to 3-2 and improving each month.

habituation is like telling ur body not to heal itself. The worst word in T dictionary.

I had severe Tinnitus on onset, with my already depression It was horrible.
I heard it over everything in life, it was 10/10.
In time I learned to live with it thanks to Tinnitus specialist, physical therapist etc.

And yes I habituated, it's not a bad word at all. It took some time for sure, around 1 year a lot due to my depression I already had.
I went from minutes -> hours -> days I could not really hear it, or care enough to be bothered by it like at night.

Being healthy is no secret really, it works for everything. No matter what you suffer from.
That being said I will never give up things I love.
Some say caffeine is bad for T, for me it does absolutely zero.
I drink my quality Sencha from Japan every single day and will do until the day I die.
On night I drink Houjicha that have lower caffeine to relax and mix other teas. Tea is very healthy for the body and some caffeine does not matter one bit :)

I also enjoy sugary treets when I want to, or eat something not so healthy sometimes when I go out.
Living life like a robot works for some, for me I would rather stop living then do that :)
      And

But yes, when you exercise and eat like a normal person your body works best, and in turn your brain works best. Which helps to combat Tinnitus to a great length.
So everything is connected for sure.
It is important to look after your physical and mental health before you start to try and combat Tinnitus. It is so much harder if you go more couch potato style to combat Tinnitus.

The only thing that works for everyone with T is taking care of your health. Outside of that there is no miracle thing that works for everyone :)

Acceptance and habituation were both crucial for me. Only when I accepted the condition I was able to live my life again.

Isn't the goal to not have your life revolve around T? I mean if this works and you 100% resolve yourself of T then that would be great, but if you just spend your life fighting it when you could have spent that time trying to accept it...idk just shooting the breeze here. Please don't mind control me.

You dont have control over habituation but what you can do is upregulate neurogenesis in your brain to generate new neurons from your stem cells and reverse your hearing loss and attenuate T.

This is a built in cure.

Care to backup your claims with science articles - or any articles at all? Otherwise it sounds like a big joke and im frankly tired of people talking pseudoscience on tinnitustalk.

Chill dude. You might get tinnitus spike if you get irritated so easily.

Do you have any science articles that backs up your claims?

There is no such thing as neurogenesis as far as the auditory system is concerned.
If the damage is done, there's no reversing it unless someone manages to safely inject stem cells directly to the cochlea.

Neurogenesis in general is a matter of debate even between scientists.
There is some evidence that there is some neurogenesis during the adult life but only in the brain areas that deal with cognitive funtions and memory. As far as other areas of the brain are concerned, you are pretty much left with whatever neurons are generated before birth.

Yeap, anything you read on tinnitus talk has to go through a large BS filter, especially when the original post goes like that...

Now I don't disrespect the poster and I certainly don't doubt that he has indeed gotten better but all these "one man's cure" threads pop up all around the place and you cannot help but question the motives behind such posts.
I can recall the vinponcentine/piracetam stuff, the CBD oil thread, the cat's claw, the lipoflavonoids etc.

Anyway, if it works for him and he's honest then it is nice of him to share... I don't really know what has helped him but well, whatever.

Love this Success Story. Thanks for posting. Amazing how we can train our mind away from t - away from parts of the brain that hang onto t and control perception, emotion, elevated central nervous system etc. Intermittent fasting and sun seems to help me too. Keep on going with what you are doing. And keep sharing your story to inspire others. Thank you :)

I don't get the criticism on this post. There are places on this site that people go " yey for off label medicine and becoming human guinea pige!" All Joseph is saying is "exercise and diet" I don't see the harm. Seems pretty much common sense to me that if you take care of your health you will feel better. Keep at it Joseph, all the best man!

Joseph has most rigorous diet and determination that I've ever seen in these T forums.

I have read dozens of posts of those who research science and come up with analysis but nobody really knows what fixes it. -- Obviously, we all hope for a scientific break through but if someone is finding a way without it, kudos to him or her!

As for me, exercise and a good diet has helped me tremendously. My wife says that I am a new upbeat person compared to the edgy guy I used to be. -- T has forced me to take a second look at life and my health. -- Joseph has showed me the way with taking the next healthy steps.

I still wish I never did what I did to cause my T but I can't go back in time. -- Joseph is always in the back of my mind when I think about grabbing some cookies or a can of pop. -- My goal is to eat 80% as healthy as Joseph in the new year so that I barely notice my T.

I hate the word "habituation" too. -- But whatever speeds up the recovery, we end up in a MUCH better/happier state of mind which is our end goal right?

We are all in this together peeps!

Thanks my friend! I am happy for your progress.

The whole idea is to get into an optimal health state for faster healing. Our body always try to return to homeostasis.

OR your T is residing by itself, there's no general method that helps with the decrease of T.My cousin had T for 2 years and then out of nothing it disappeared. No diet, nothing at all.

I haven't gotten that far yet. Just scaled way back with sugary food, salt, and am exercising a lot more (weight machines, stairmaster, and a little running but not too much)

I did veer off my healthy path over Christmas and paid the price, however, getting back to being healthy and already feeling better with lower T levels.

I initially predicted in my other thread that my T, based on its severity, requires 25 months to subside but with proper nutriton and exercise I was able to accelerate things.

I like challenges in life because they make u grow. But I am also sad for other people suffering from T and they dotnt know what to do.
