   I was doing some weeding today and came across this thing.
   What is it?
   How do I get rid of it?

   Cause of Tinnitus:

   plugged nasal eustachian tube

   It's a form of fungi. Don't eat it. Mix 2 parts vinegar to one part lemon juice and pour it over it. Or just dig it up.
