      Hello everyone!

I am starting to get sick and I am wondering what to take? Last night I took 1000mg vitamin C /emergen-C packet and wow my T was so low this morning! But I need something like NyQuil or something any tips?

My T doesn't bother me as much but I still want to prevent from a spike !

      Thanks :D

Seriously you can take NyQuil once or twice easily. You won't have a spike from that. If you are having a spike while you're sick it's from being sick.

Surprising I haven't gotten a spike yet. My throat is itching and hard to swallow and my nose is either stuffed up or running. Today I woke up and the illness is officially here ! @seal thanks! :D I love my NyQuil! Ha

I take cold ez. They are zinc tablets. Good for cold. Good for T too. They shorten the cold and minimize symptoms so it lessens your chance of complications.

Vitamin c is good to for a cold and preventing hearing loss. Awesome you didn't get a spike.
