Good News? Today My Tinnitus Didn't Start Until an Hour Into the Day

I've had my T for about a month. Today I woke up with a headache and my T didn't start til an hour into the day. Maybe some good? (Got my T from infection not from noise)

 

T disappearing at all is a good sign in general

T disappearing sometimes is a very good sign. As well, it seems like if you don't have noise-induced T or hearing loss, it's more likely to go away someday.

 

If you only have had tinnitus for a month, it very well could vanish. Especially if it was caused by an infection. Just try to ignore your T, stay away from super loud noises unless you have ear plugs.
