Got My Ears Blasted for One Second with Headphones (Noise-Cancelling Ones). Help?

So I was about to listen to headphones to listen to a speech. Well, unknowingly, the volume was all the way up. I got blasted and ripped my headphones off within one second. These headphones are the new Bose noise cancelling ones. I usually play them at the near lowest setting on iPhone.

I got hearing loss in both ears, one more than other, already. Do I really need to do anything? I took magnesium and NAC. Don't know if I need to do anything else. Feel maybe prednisone is overkill for this?

      Help?

Sounds like a very very short exposure, I wouldn't worry.
I have 3 very young children and they randomly scream near me when I least expect it... things are going to happen every now and then.
If I worried about these short exposures, I would be a mess right now!
