   Tinnitus Since:

   2013

   Cause of Tinnitus:

   stress, benzo/clonozepam + clonidine, maybe infection

   At night I took 5mg Zolpidem first time in my life and in the morning I noticed a new low sound "eeeeee" that sometimes fades.
   
   Is there some kind of dietary supplement that can be taken as soon as possible to minimize the chances of the new tone sticking for good?
   
   Maybe NAC??

   ssnhl/benzos/unknown

   dexamethasone/methylprednisolone asap
