      Cervical spine damage anf exposure to gunfire, explosions an
      ...I have a moderate level of T originating, I believe, from my years in the military. My C-spine is arthritic and I have 16 years of exposure to gunfire, explosions, etc. I'm already beholden to this forum for showing me that Ibuprofen and other drugs can increase the problem, as I have been taking a large dose daily, which I will now stop. I am experimenting with candied Ginger root and a Tumeric supplement. Hopefully, I will find some relief! Blessings to all....Rod

      Welcome Rod to the forum. My salute to a veteran. You are welcome to browse the various forums of TT. Besides the two things you are taking, there are other supplements members here often recommend, such as NAC, Magnesium, Zic, B12, D3 etc.
