Happy New Year

Happy new year everyone! And happy new year tinnitus. Yes, that's right. My ears are still ringing. November 19 2015 I got this tinnitus thing. But, I think my brain is the problem!? If I just could tell my brain to cut the signal from the ears there would be no problem! Unfortunately it's not so simple! I hope everyone is doing fine. Pls excuse bad english but im sure you understand! we are in 2016 now! maybe they will develope a cure for this thing!

my doctor told me i had something in the inner ear so maybe the can do something. i use momentasone santoz for 4 weeks so maybe it will go away but maybe not!

I use white noise on a lower level to sleep. The first week i did sleep every other day 2-3 hours. but i sleep 4-5 hours a night since december 9

 

Happy New Year to you too. Sure hope the medicine works for your T. Also, regarding sleep, you may want to try some natural stuffs to help you sleep better, such as Melatonin, Camomile tea, Hops, Valerian tablets, St. John Wart etc. Also try to get some masking at bed time so you can sleep faster.
