Have Been Noticing I Wake Up with My Teeth Hurting Lately...

and on my right side, (affected ear side) near my side burns it's sore, only noticeable when straining on the toilet (gross I know)


Could this mean anything? I don't know if it will have been the cause of my T because, my T happened while I was awake, seemingly randomly after poking around in my ear gently (I know I'm dumb)

 

Could it be that you are grinding/clenching your teeth at night?

 

Probably, I wonder if somehow that is the cause, I doubt it though.

 

T can be related with TMJ-D, which can cause Bruxism. But it doesn't necessarily. You should see an orthodontist or a dentist (they can at least make you a mouth-piece to protect your teeth).
