Hearing Hypersensitivity

I have had tinnitus for 36 years and it developed into hypersensitivity over the past decade. I am now being treated for the hypersensitivity and not the tinnitus. The tinnitus is only going to be masking therapy but I am curious to find out more of the ACRN treatment.

As the hypersensitivity lessened, the tinnitus changed and became louder. Especially in the right ear. That is normal and I am not complaining but I find the need to try other techniques to give me temporary relief instead of masking. So that is what I am here.
