My tinnitus and hyperacusis are just to strong and is always giving me anxiety I don't use any meds but j have a drug that is similar to Xanax it's called "lexotan" I didn't sleep for 26 hours now and it's 10 am now should I wait for the night or take that pill and sleep now?

Take the tablet an hour or so before bed time and make your room warm and dark with a soft natural sound to listen too.
If you have things on your mind going over them, write them down to off load.
Have a relaxing g bath and keep off computers ,tablets etc in the two hours before you sleep.
Don't go to bed worrying if you will sleep as the long rest is good also......lots of love glynis
