      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Unknown
      Hi,

      I'm not sure how long I've had tinnitus, or how severe it is. The doctor has just referred me to the Audiologist so I'm waiting to be properly assessed. She did tell me to look up coping strategies online, which led me to you good people.
