      Tinnitus Since:
      2016
      Cause of Tinnitus:
      hearing damage kinks
I have had neck problems and got a kick in my neck the other day. Since then I developed a real high pitched strong tinnitus in the ear I don't have much hearing loss in. Kinked a coratid artery or something?

Been feeling lightheaded a bit as well hope there is no stroke risk.

Welcome to the forum. Have you seen an ENT to make sure nothing wrong in your ears. Lightheaded sensation can also related to anxiety if your T is making your anxious and if so you may want to start masking your T. Try some high frequency nature sounds such as heavy rain, crashing waves, cicadas, waterfall, even shower or faucet sounds. I have ultra high pitch T like a dentist drill and more, and so initially I had to mask all the time, sometimes even with squeaky faucet sound, lol. Take good care. God bless.
