When we have bad days its so easy for our mood drop and hide away and feel tired and tearful and curl up on the sofa.
This is the time you push with everything you have and nice treats to get through the day and make the day go faster....lots of love glynis

Keep yourself busy and find things to do and don't dwell on your tinnitus. It's hard I know, but it does get better you will adapt to your tinnitus. Yes it does bother me at times but I won't let it get the better of me I've had tinnitus for nearly three years I've excepted it now and you will to.... Best wishes and stay strong.

I'm not sure if it's the same for you but my tinnitus is worse on days that I spend at home because I dwell on it so much more. Maybe try to make plans for the weekend so you're out and about and distracted from tinnitus. Some ideas can be going for a walk, running or other exercise, catching up with friends, going to a nice place for brunch, finding a hobby... just spending a few hours outdoors can be really helpful.

Weekends are best for me because I know I'll be out and about. That, for me, is the best relief I can get because it helps take my mind off of T. I used to love the night but now I get anxious when it's bed time. I'm a lot better now than before though. Excercise and eating better has helped me.
