My name is Joshua Barclay and over a year ago I was beaten pretty badly and it resulted in tinnitus. The first few months were some of the hardest moments I'd ever faced in my life. I couldn't sleep, I was suicidal, and I had a hard time coming to terms with what was happening to me.
