Hyperacusis Research is planning their annual dinner. Due to COVID-19 it will be virtual (via Zoom or similar). In the past it has always been an in-person event in Boston, USA.

Because it will be virtual this year, they have much greater flexibility to have speakers and attendees from any location. They are not limited to the Boston, USA area as in the past.

They would like input from hyperacusis patients on what type of speakers would be of most interest.

Here is the link to the survey to provide input:

Do you know when exactly this conference will be taking place, by any chance?

It's sad that the question about do you have any family who would like to participate gets a no answer from me and probably others too.
You know, my dad has prostate cancer, and he gathers information about that topic - understandable.

So he and the rest is not really interested in research, they feel me, and I talk with them about my problem - but they have their own shit going on...

I am not sure but I will ask to find out.

They do post detailed written write-ups on the website afterwards, but I would agree that to have it recorded and available to watch later would be great.
Ah, thank you! I have registered for it in any case but with the time difference and everything (I'm in the UK) it would be good to catch up if I miss it. It's not a bother if they're not recording it because they always post great, detailed write-ups on the site anyway!
