Hyperacusis, Sounds Entering the Head, Inability to Sleep

Since 7 months my ears have become sensitive to noise because I listened to music too strong with earphones. I have hyperacusis and recently lightweight tinnitus. My life is hell. I have a question. I can not fall asleep if there is less noise, the sound sounds like an alarm without my head.

Is this normal hyperacusis or another problem? My ears also resent the pressure of the noise.
