      Hi all,

      Already described my case here: https://www.tinnitustalk.com/threads/help-with-what-i-think-is-pulsatile-tinnitus.25008/

      But I just wanted to share, something that seems to be quite rare.
      If I close my teeth the way you see it on the picture, i.e. doing extra pressure on the right side (where I have my T), I virtually stop my pusatile whooshing Tinnitus.

      Is there any explanation for this?
      I have read is common to modulate Tinnitus doing neck or jaw maneuvers, but my cause seems different cause I don't change the pitch, actually I can stop the high pitche whoosh sound.

      Any idea? Any help?

      Thanks and a great Christmas to all!

      @nuno1976

      You have a large somatic component in your T, and perhaps indicate a TMJ factor or perhaps nothing. It might be worth to check with a TMJ specialist. Do yo have any hearing loss on your right ear?
