Hi there... I'm a 52 year old otherwise fit and healthy male who for the last 3 weeks have been experiencing what I think is pulsatile tinnitus. It's pretty constant now whereas it started intermittently. When it started I thought it was equal in both ears but now it seems more in the left ear. It's worse when I move around when my pulse is raised than it is when I am sat down.

Now if I push forward my lower jaw I get a constant high pitched sound equally in both ears and if I tilt my head to the left it kind of stops completely but if I tilt my head to the right then the pulsatile tinnitus is worse in the left ear!

It's all very odd... Does anyone have any clues as to what's going on :(
