If There Ever Is a Cure, Do You Think Your Life Will Be Normal?

Let's be honest if a cure is created it is at least years or centuries away.

So do you believe your life will be normal again? Or do you believe because you missed out on so much of life it would not matter?

That the pain you suffered remains (PTSD).

 

My life will be happy. I have the ability to repress traumatic memories.
I can hardly remember the beginning - I only know that it was worse than now.

 

I’m 5 months in and I just need hope things can get better.

 

I think my life could get back to normal if my tinnitus dissapeared. I was just looking up famous people with tinnitus and they seem to live pretty normal lives. Who knows though, I'm sure most of them dont really mention it.

LOL life was never normal even before I had tinnitus. But I will be able to relax better for sure.

 

There is stuff sitting on shelves in lab supply companies right now that could make your tinnitus better, stuff like this.

You just have to wait 1000 years while the government allows a pharmaceutical company to push through with their trials along with the extremely slow FDA process.

 

I'll turn 21 this month, I'd like to experience normal adult life at all for the first time.

PTSD would be strong, i often think about it. But with the time and the right people it would be getting better for sure. As the time pass i would acknowledge that it's the end of my suffering, that I'm free to live my life.

 

Yes, my life would be normal. Even better than before. Now I realise how lucky I was before. I was healthy but sometimes still depressed.

I have learned to look life from another angle.
