      Cause of Tinnitus:
      maybe listen music too loud
      Hi,

I have started with tinnitus in 2005... but after one or two weeks I got used to it... in fact i could hear it only in silence or if i think about it and it was tolerable.

      This until 2014.

In May 2014 it increased again.

I have taken ginkgo biloba and vitamins.. after 2 weeks it returned to be tolerable.. or maybe my brain accustomed to it.

In 2016 again increase. After 4/5 days it was tolerable again.

      And now..
In this month (January 2017) it increased again.. but this time I have it since January 8 (3 weeks today) .

I hear it all the day, and it's very annoying...

So...it's normal that sometimes tinnitus increases?

I could hope it decreases again with habit?

Could my brain get used to it again and reduce the volume of tinnitus again?

I don't know exactly, the first and the second time (2005 and 2014) probably the intensive use of earphones.
This time (2017) i have no idea,i have no clue about..
In the past year (2016) i have suffer a lot of anxiety and panic attacks.
And i start lead in 2016 a very sedentary lifestyle.

But now i feel better with anxiety (without take medicals for it)..

Recently (January 25 ) i have used drops for ear wax and i have noticed that when i put it my left ear plug for 30 minutes.
Probably because drops expand ear wax.
But i think my hearing is perfect..
