      It's pretty consistent with me.

Whenever I have Indian food (about three times a month, because there are no restaurants close by), I wind up having a pretty good day the next day! The quietest ones!

The past three days, I've had a flare of somewhat higher ringing and discomfort. I had a stressful work/drive today, but then was able to get some Indian food, followed by an early evening nap of about 45 minutes, and I awoke to ...

CALM EARS. It is almost like a charm!

I am now going to really investigate by going back to these restaurants and asking them to list the spices, etc. in the particular meals I've ordered. It is worth finding out.

      Anyone else experience this???

Turmeric is common in Indian food.

So many great spices in Indian food. I would eat it non-stop if I could!

Well, for one thing, I always order a separate container of extra tamarind sauce (I think this must be the Indian equivalent of maple syrup, so who's surprised that I love THAT?!?!).

And about an hour ago, I felt the back of my head begin to sizzle again, after it had been quiet.

So in frustration, I went to the refrigerator and got out the leftover tamarind sauce and took a spoonful as medicine!

And guess what?!? An hour afterward, and the sizzle is gone!

No action photos of this high drama are available - the paparazzi must've been elsewhere, following Leo ... :)

Maybe in a few days when I have the time, I'll drive to the best restaurant and order a week's worth of meals and see what happens! Maybe I'll move to India!
