Is This Reactive, Fluttering, Winding Up Tinnitus or Something Else?

Ive had normal annoying tinnitus for about 2 years, still waiting for that to go but now i got a new problem.

My right ear rings louder / winds up/ competes with whatever makes noise. whenever I talk.,
hear a sound, or if someone else talks .

AND IF I TOUCH MY LEFT EAR MY RIGHT EAR RINGS TOO.

its not that hypocausis stuff because my hearing is PERFECT, and normal sounds arent louder or painful, its strictly my right ear. And also whenever i speak i get a metallic ING sound coming out of my right ear. when the noise stops thats when the winding of the right ear ring stops too.

WTF is this, and will this resolve. i hated normal tinnitus but dealt with it but this OMFG, i rather a constant loud spike then this. and how long will it last.

Additional Facts

Was outside in cold using Leaf blower
Nose feels stuffy
forehead is tense
dont feel no fluid in ear
right ear did feel a little full
this is my 3rd day with this.

i promise if this REACTIVE TINNITUS ever goes away OUR VOICES WILL BE HEARD BY THE MAINSTREAM PUBLIC, THATS A PROMISE

 

only armchair opinion. Leaf blowers are ridiculously loud and problematic to those with H and/or T. I hope you wore hearing protection but my sense is you didn't.
I hope you resolve soon and ALWAYS wearing hearing protection when using power equipment.

 

Without ear plugs and muffs??? Leaf blowers are 130 dB or something!!!
