I have only had tinnitus for about a week but my jaw is clicking like crazy and when I push my lower jaw forward it's making like a grinding/cracking sound in my ears that is very loud with immense pain?

You may have TMJ which is a known cause of T. So have your ENT check it out asap. Best wishes. God bless.
