I am getting ready for seasonal allergies that I get every year. What do you guys use to keep your ears/sinuses clear?

My Ear doctor suggested Flonase. Do you agree. Do you have anything better.

      Thanks

      I take cinnarazine.
The normal dose is 5mg tablets for allergies
I take 15mg Tablets and can take anything from one up to 6 aday as prescribed by AnE and my doctor.
At that strength it helps treat Menieres and Tinnitus....lots of love glynis

I have just found out that I have severe allergies after skin allergy tests. I am going to try allergy shots. Has anyone here had any luck with them reducing tinnitus? This ringing drives me nuts at home. I miss my quiet peaceful life.

I’ve been on allergy shots for over a year and they do make a difference for allergies. My sumptoms are very mild now... my Tinnitus appeared in May 2017, my allergies wwwaaayyy before that... so far still dealing with T.
But if your t is directly related to congestion and fluid in the ear, then it may help your t.
      Good luck.
